I retain ALL RIGHTS to any piece of commissioned artwork: This means I am allowed to post the work on my socials, and include it in my personal art portfolio.

**Any work done or made available to the Client must not be used for NFT or any blockchain purposes. **

Commissioned work is for PERSONAL USE ONLY. The client cannot claim the artwork as their own or use the artwork to produce merchandise

Payment via Paypal (USD) Only : I'll ask for 50% of the commission fee up front, and will not start on the piece until I receive the initial payment. Once I send you the sketch, I will not continue with the piece until the other half is paid (plus any additional revision/rush fees).

Character Reference(s): Please provide as many detailed character references as possible. These can be general reference images (ex. from a Pinterest board), a specific color palette, or concept art you have made yourself/commissioned before (it doesn't have to be a masterpiece, it just needs to give me enough information to be as accurate to your idea as possible!). If you commission me without detailed references or expect me to come up with a design from scratch, it is likely that I’ll reject the order.

**I only do SIMPLE BACKGROUNDS and will not take requests for full-on backgrounds. **

Additional Characters: If you'd like to commission a piece with more characters in it, each additional character will be 50% of original price. If you’d like two separate pieces with different characters (or the same character in different styles/outfits) you will have to request it in a different order. You are free to order as many commissions as you want, however I will only do one drawing per slot.

Revisions: I will send you the sketch and accept 2 minor revisions. I will also send you the flat colored version and accept 1 color revision. If you want extra or more complicated revisions in either stage, there will be additional charges (~$5-15, depending on the difficulty).

Updates: As stated before, I will send you the piece at the sketch and colored stage for revisions. However, you may message me whenever you’d like for more WIP’s if you’re curious about the progress of your commission.

Rush Fees: If you have a specific deadline in mind, an additional 50% of the total commission is required. (ex. original commission: $30 + rush fee: $15 = Total: $45)

Refunds: I do not accept refunds unless I can't complete your piece. If you decide you do not want me to finish the piece after sending you the sketch, you do not have to pay me the rest of the fees, however I will not refund the initial payment sent BEFORE I began working on it. I expect you to be familiar with my artwork and not place your own artistic ideals onto me.

Finished Pieces are sent via email

I WILL NOT WORK ON: Hateful/Discriminatory content; NSFW/suggestive art of real, canonical, or apparent minors; content that displays incestuous themes (whether it is canon or not).

By commissioning me, you are agreeing to the terms and conditions stated above. If you, the client, did not take the time to read/understand the terms of service, I will not be held responsible for your own misunderstandings. If you have any questions feel free to message me before you make an official order.

Will Do: Fanart, Original Characters, Animal-like Features (ears, tail, horns, etc), Slight NSFW (negotiable), Anthropomorphic characters (it is NOT my strong suit, but I can try my best)

Won't Do: Detailed Armor/uniforms, Mecha, Realism, Explicit NSFW, Detailed Backgrounds, Gore
